Best White-Label AI Visibility Tools (2026)

By Bhuwan Aryal, founder of TrendlyAIPublished Updated 10 min read

Last updated: November 2026

The best white-label AI visibility tool depends on what "white-label" has to mean for your clients. If a branded PDF is enough, TrendlyAI includes it on every plan from $19/mo. If you need a client portal on your own domain, AgencyAnalytics, SE Ranking and LLM Pulse go further, at a higher total price.

Key takeaways馃敆

What does "white-label" mean in an AI visibility tool?馃敆

White-label in AI visibility software means your client sees your agency's brand on the data, not the vendor's. In practice there are four levels, and most tools only offer one or two of them:

  1. Branded PDF or document reports. Your logo and colors on an exported report you email to the client.

  2. Branded dashboards via Looker Studio. The tool feeds a Google Looker Studio (Data Studio) connector, and you build a branded dashboard on top.

  3. A branded client dashboard inside the tool. Your logo and colors on the tool's own interface, often still on the vendor's domain.

  4. A full client portal on your own domain. Client logins at something like reports.youragency.com, with no vendor name visible.

Before you compare prices, decide which level your clients actually need. Many small agencies send a monthly PDF and never need level 4. Larger retainers often expect a live login. If you are still deciding whether to sell AI visibility as a service at all, our guide on GEO services for SEO consultants covers packaging and pricing.

Which white-label AI visibility tools are worth a look in 2026?馃敆

These are the tools we found with some form of client branding for AI visibility data, with our own product first (we build TrendlyAI, so weigh that) and the rest roughly by starting price. Prices are monthly in USD unless stated, as of October 2026.

1. TrendlyAI馃敆

TrendlyAI includes white-label PDF reports on every plan, starting with Solo at $19/mo ($16/mo billed yearly). It tracks whether ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Overviews name your client or its competitors, finds gaps where a competitor is recommended and the client is not, and drafts fixes such as comparison pages, FAQ pages with schema, Reddit answers and llms.txt files. Reports go out as branded PDFs and share links. Pitch audits let you run a quick check on a prospect's domain before a sales call.

Weak points, stated plainly: only 4 engines (no Gemini, Grok, Copilot or Google AI Mode), weekly scans with 1 sample per prompt, no prompt-volume data, and it is a young product from a small team with few public reviews. What you get is a branded PDF and share links. If you need a client portal on your own domain, look further down this list. There is a 7-day free trial with no credit card. More detail is on the agency page, and you can see what a client would receive in the sample report.

2. AgencyAnalytics馃敆

AgencyAnalytics is a client reporting platform that added an AI Tracker for ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini. Its white-label is the most complete on this list for the price: its pricing page lists branded logo, branded color scheme, client branding and custom domain as included with every client. Pricing is $20 per client per month on annual billing. The AI Tracker is an add-on, listed at $20.83/mo per 250 credits on annual billing. There is a 14-day free trial with no credit card.

Best for agencies that already want one branded portal for SEO, PPC and social reporting and now want AI visibility inside it.

3. Rankability馃敆

Rankability includes branded client reports on every plan, starting with Starter at $97/mo ($970/yr), with Growth at $297/mo and Pro at $497/mo, per its pricing page as of November 4, 2026. Its white-label reporting page describes automated weekly or monthly report emails sent under the agency's name, with its logo and brand colors, and the AI Analyzer page lists shareable client reports with access controls. Rankability also offers agencies a hosted branded AI visibility report lead generator for prospects, per its Academy page. We could not confirm whether its white-label includes a custom domain or client logins.

The reports sit on top of a full SEO suite: a content optimizer, audits, Google rank tracking and daily AI tracking on 11 engines (ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, AI Overviews, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Grok, Copilot, Brave AI, DeepSeek and Meta AI), with unlimited client workspaces and team members. The trial on its pricing page requires a card. Rankability now markets to businesses and marketing teams as well as agencies. 4. Ayzeo馃敆

Ayzeo puts white-label PDF and Word reports on its Pro plan at $149/mo, along with your logo and accent colors on the client dashboard and 30 prospect scans a month, per its pricing page. Pro covers 3 projects with 40 prompts each. ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews are included; Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Grok are $29/mo each as add-ons. A custom domain is listed only on Enterprise, which starts at $6,000/mo.

5. SE Ranking馃敆

SE Ranking offers full platform and report white-label through its Agency Pack add-on, listed at +$69/mo (annual billing only) on its pricing page. AI visibility is a separate AI Search add-on at $89/mo, covering AI Overviews, AI Mode, Gemini and ChatGPT with 75 prompts tracked daily (Copilot is marked "coming soon"). Both sit on top of a base plan starting at $129/mo for Core. Add it up and a white-labeled AI visibility setup starts near $287/mo before annual discounts.

Best for agencies that want a classic SEO suite and a white-label client area in one bill.

6. Otterly.AI馃敆

Otterly brands client reports through Google Looker Studio rather than a built-in white-label layer. Its pricing page lists "Custom reports via Google Looker Studio with your branding" for agency partners, plus unlimited workspaces (one per client) from the Standard plan at $189/mo ($160/mo yearly) with 100 prompts. The Lite plan at $29/mo has 1 workspace and 15 prompts, so it is not a practical agency plan. Core engines are ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity and Copilot, with Claude, AI Mode and Gemini as paid add-ons. We compare it in more depth in our Otterly alternative post.

7. Rankscale馃敆

Rankscale lists white-label "Included with API" on its Growth plan at $385/mo ($327/mo yearly), per its pricing page. Growth also adds agency program perks such as a partner directory listing. Lower plans (Essentials, Pro, Pro+) do not include white-label, though every plan has shareable dashboard links and CSV and Sheets exports. Rankscale says it covers 17+ engines on a credit system.

8. LLM Pulse馃敆

LLM Pulse offers the deepest white-label here, but only on Enterprise (custom pricing) and partner plans. Its pricing page describes a branded subdomain or full white-label on your own domain, your logo and colors, client logins, branded PDF reports and dashboards you can embed in your own product. Partner plans start at $2,492/mo. The self-serve Starter ($58/mo), Growth ($116/mo) and Scale ($350/mo) plans do not include white-label.

"Not stated" means the vendor's public pages did not say either way when we checked. Ask their sales team before you promise a client anything.

How should an agency choose?馃敆

Start with the deliverable your client already expects, then work back to the tool. A one-page monthly PDF needs level 1 white-label, and paying for a custom-domain portal is wasted money. A client paying a large retainer who logs into dashboards for SEO and ads will expect AI visibility in the same place, which points to AgencyAnalytics or SE Ranking.

Next, check engine coverage against what your clients' buyers use. If a client sells to developers, Claude matters. If they sell to consumers searching on Google, AI Overviews and AI Mode matter. No tool here covers every engine on its entry plan, and TrendlyAI does not track Gemini, Grok, Copilot or AI Mode at all. Our walkthrough on how to track brand mentions across ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google explains why the engine mix changes results.

Then do the math per client. A tool with a low base price can get expensive once you add engines, prompts and the white-label add-on. A tool with a flat agency plan can be cheaper at 10 clients and more expensive at 2. Finally, look at what the report says, not just how it looks. A branded report that only shows a score will not hold a client for long. Reports that show which competitor was recommended instead, and what to publish to fix it, give you the next month's work. Our explainer on the AI visibility score covers what a useful client metric looks like.

When I set up TrendlyAI's own tracking, I put our domain through the same weekly scans customers get and published the score, which is still low. That is the kind of honesty a client report needs too: show the gaps, then show the plan.

Frequently asked questions馃敆

What is a white-label AI visibility tool?馃敆

A white-label AI visibility tool lets an agency report on a client's presence in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and similar engines under the agency's own brand. Depending on the tool, that means a branded PDF, a branded Looker Studio dashboard, or a full client portal on the agency's domain.

Which AI visibility tool has the cheapest white-label reports?馃敆

As of October 2026, TrendlyAI includes white-label PDF reports on its Solo plan at $19/mo. AgencyAnalytics starts at $20 per client per month on annual billing, but its AI Tracker is a paid add-on. Check each vendor's pricing page, since these change often.

Do any tools offer AI visibility reports on my own domain?馃敆

Yes. AgencyAnalytics includes a custom domain with every client, SE Ranking offers it through its Agency Pack add-on, and LLM Pulse offers it on Enterprise and partner plans. Ayzeo lists a custom domain on Enterprise only.

Can I white-label Peec AI or Otterly?馃敆

Neither lists a built-in white-label portal on its public pages. Both offer Looker Studio connections, so agencies typically build a branded dashboard in Looker Studio and share that with clients.

Is a branded PDF enough for clients?馃敆

For many small and mid-size clients, yes. A monthly PDF that shows which prompts named the client, which competitors were named instead, and what you are fixing next is often all they read. Larger clients who already log into reporting portals usually expect a live dashboard.
