Best AI Visibility Tools for Agencies (2026)

By Bhuwan Aryal, founder of TrendlyAIPublished Updated 12 min read

Last updated: November 2026

The best AI visibility tool for an agency fits your client count, report format and margin. For 5 to 40 small clients on a fixed budget, TrendlyAI or Rank Prompt. For many prompts per client, LLMrefs or SE Visible. For SEO content tools plus AI tracking, Rankability. For enterprise accounts, Profound or Peec AI.

Key takeaways馃敆

What should an agency look for in an AI visibility tool?馃敆

An agency needs an AI visibility tool that handles many client brands under one login, produces reports a client can read without a call, and costs little enough per client that the service stays profitable. These questions decide the purchase:

  1. How many client brands fit on one plan, and what does the next brand cost? Some tools count brands, some count projects, some count prompts or credits shared across everything.

  2. Can the client see results without your login? A share link, a client portal or a branded PDF all work. A screenshot in a slide deck does not scale past five clients.

  3. Which engines are tracked? ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Gemini, Claude, Copilot and Grok are all separate. No tool at a small-agency price tracks all of them on daily scans.

  4. How often does it scan? Daily, weekly, or when you run a report.

  5. Does it help you sell? Pitch audits for prospects turn the tool into a sales asset, not just a cost line.

If you are new to the metrics themselves, our explainer on how an AI visibility score is calculated and our guide to AI share of voice cover what you will be reporting to clients.

How do the main agency tools compare?馃敆

The table below compares nine tools on the rows agencies ask about most. Prices are monthly, in USD, as of October 2026 (Rankability as of November 2026), from each vendor's pricing page. "Not stated" means the pricing page did not say, not that the feature is missing.

Which tool fits which kind of agency?馃敆

TrendlyAI: for small agencies that sell fixes, not just reports馃敆

We build TrendlyAI, so weigh that. The Agency plan is $149/mo ($124/mo billed yearly) for 10 client brands with 25 prompts each, and extra brands cost $15/mo up to 40. It tracks ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Overviews, finds prompts where a competitor is named and the client is not, and drafts fixes (comparison pages, FAQ pages with schema, Reddit answers, llms.txt files, best-of lists, product page rewrites). Clients get white-label PDF reports and share links. You also get 25 pitch audits a month for prospect domains.

The honest weak points: only 4 engines (no Gemini, Grok, Copilot or Google AI Mode), weekly scans with 1 sample per prompt, no prompt-volume data, few public reviews yet, and a small team. TrendlyAI tracks its own domain, and I publish our own score, which is low. If a client needs daily data or Gemini coverage, pick another tool from this list. See the details on the agency page.

Rank Prompt: for agencies that want a client portal馃敆

Rank Prompt's Agency plan is $149/mo ($119/mo billed yearly) with 1,000 credits, up to 50 brands, 10 team seats, white-label branded reports and a client portal link per brand. Agency Plus at $299/mo ($239/mo billed yearly) adds 2,000 credits, up to 500 brands, 25 seats and a white-label app with client logins on your own domain. All plans cover ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Mode/AI Overviews, Claude, Gemini and Grok. The catch is credits: one prompt across 4 to 6 engines costs 2 credits, and credits reset monthly. Run the numbers on your prompt count before you choose the plan.

Otterly.AI: for daily tracking and Looker Studio users馃敆

Otterly's Standard plan is $189/mo for 100 prompts with unlimited workspaces and daily tracking. Extra prompts are $99 per 100. Google AI Mode, Gemini and Claude are paid add-ons on top. Agency partners get 150 prompts on Standard and branded Looker Studio reports. Our Otterly alternative guide goes deeper on the tradeoffs.

Peec AI: for agencies that pitch a lot馃敆

Peec AI's self-serve plans run $95, $245 and $495 a month for 1, 2 and 5 projects. Its separate agency plans are priced in credits on its agency page, include unlimited client seats and daily tracking, and include pitch projects (3, 10 or 25 active, depending on plan). Each self-serve plan tracks 3 active models at a time. See our Peec AI alternative breakdown.

Profound: for enterprise retainers馃敆

Profound does not publish a price. Its pricing page shows a free trial tracking ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews, then a custom Enterprise plan with up to 9 engines. It suits an agency serving a few large brands, not a long tail of small clients. Our Profound alternative post compares it with cheaper options.

Semrush AI Visibility Toolkit: for Semrush-first agencies馃敆

Semrush's help page lists the AI Visibility Toolkit at $99/mo for 1 domain and 25 tracked prompts, with extra domains at $99 each and 50 extra prompts for $60/mo. It names ChatGPT and Google AI Mode for prompt tracking. Ten clients means ten domains, so the per-client cost stays at about $99.

LLMrefs: for the lowest cost per prompt馃敆

LLMrefs has one public plan at $79/mo with 500 prompts, unlimited projects, unlimited team members, client dashboards and many engines, including ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, AI Mode, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Grok and Copilot. Its FAQ says every keyword updates at least once a week. It is very cheap per prompt. It does not mention white-label reports on its pricing page.

SE Visible: for big prompt sets馃敆

SE Visible (from SE Ranking) has an Agency plan at $399/mo ($319/mo billed yearly) with 1,000 prompts, 30 projects and daily tracking, with a weekly option. It lists white-label reporting and a Data Studio connector.

Rankability: for agencies that want an SEO suite with AI tracking馃敆

Rankability markets to agencies, marketing teams and businesses, and bundles a content optimizer, page and site audits, Google keyword tracking and Local Pack scans with daily AI visibility tracking on 11 engines. As of November 4, 2026, Starter is $97/mo (100 tracked AI queries, 20 content projects), Growth is $297/mo (300 queries, 80 projects) and Pro is $497/mo (500 queries, 160 projects), per its pricing page. Growth and Pro were called Agency and Agency Pro until early November. Every plan includes unlimited client workspaces, unlimited team members, branded reports and API and MCP access, with usage limits shared across workspaces. The annual Pro plan adds weekly group coaching with founder Nathan Gotch.

The tradeoffs: there is no plan under $97, and the 7-day trial on the pricing page requires a card and converts to a paid plan unless you cancel. Unlike TrendlyAI's weekly scans, Rankability states daily AI tracking on every plan. If your agency does not write or optimize content, much of the bundle goes unused. See our Rankability review, the Rankability pricing breakdown, TrendlyAI vs Rankability and Rankability alternatives.

ZipTie: for usage-based pricing with white-label on every plan馃敆

ZipTie includes white-label PDF reports on every plan and bills by prompts, engines and refresh cadence, with presets from $25.65/mo, per its pricing page as of November 2026. It tracks seven AI surfaces, including Copilot and Gemini, but not Claude. See TrendlyAI vs ZipTie for a side-by-side.

How do you make money reselling AI visibility tracking?馃敆

You make money by pricing the service on the work, not the tool, because the tool is usually the smallest cost. Here is the maths for a 10-client book with 25 prompts per client, using the prices above (October 2026; Rankability November 2026). These are tool costs only.

ToolPlan for 10 clients x 25 promptsMonthly tool costCost per client
TrendlyAIAgency (10 brands)$149$14.90
LLMrefsAll in One (500 prompts)$79$7.90
Rank PromptAgency (1,000 credits; 250 prompts on 4 to 6 engines = 500 credits per run)$149 ($119 billed yearly)$14.90 (2 full runs a month)
SE VisibleAgency (1,000 prompts, 30 projects)$399 ($319 billed yearly)$39.90
RankabilityGrowth (300 tracked AI queries daily on 11 engines, unlimited workspaces; includes content tools)$297 ($247.50 billed yearly)$29.70
Otterly.AIStandard + two 100-prompt add-ons (300 prompts)$387$38.70
Semrush AI Visibility Toolkit10 domains at $99$990$99

Now pick your own retainer. As an illustration only (this is not a market rate), say you charge each client $500 a month for AI visibility monitoring plus one fix per month. Ten clients bring in $5,000. On TrendlyAI the tool is $149, about 3% of that. On the Semrush route it is $990, about 20%.

The bigger cost is your time. Someone has to read the report, explain why a competitor shows up, and publish the fix. That is why tools that draft the fix (or at least point to the exact page and prompt) change the margin more than a $50 price gap does. If you sell this as a service, our post on GEO services for SEO consultants covers how to package it, and competitor AI visibility analysis shows the audit you can run in a sales call.

How should an agency test a tool before committing?馃敆

The fastest test is to run the same five buyer prompts for one real client in two tools and compare. Does the competitor list match what you see in ChatGPT yourself? Would the report make sense to the client without you in the room? If you need daily ChatGPT data specifically, see our ChatGPT rank tracking tools guide. For the manual method, see how to track brand mentions in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google.

You can start with TrendlyAI's free AI visibility check: no signup, about 30 seconds, 5 prompts on ChatGPT and Perplexity. Run it on a prospect domain before your next pitch. Paid plans come with a 7-day free trial, no credit card.

For the wider picture of the field, our GEO hub collects every guide in one place, and best AI search visibility tools covers tools for in-house teams too.

Frequently asked questions馃敆

What is the cheapest AI visibility tool for agencies?馃敆

By sticker price, LLMrefs at $79/mo for 500 prompts and unlimited projects is the cheapest agency-friendly plan we verified in October 2026. By plan built for agencies with white-label reports, Rank Prompt Agency and TrendlyAI Agency (both $149/mo; $119 and $124 billed yearly) are the lowest. Check the per-client cost at your real client count.

Which AI visibility tools offer white-label reports?馃敆

As of October 2026, TrendlyAI (white-label PDF reports on every plan), Rank Prompt (branded reports on Agency, a white-label app on Agency Plus), Otterly.AI (branded Looker Studio reports for agency partners), SE Visible (white-label reporting listed on its pricing page) and Rankability (branded reports on every plan, as of November 2026) offer white-label options. Other tools did not state it on their pricing pages.

Do agencies need daily AI visibility tracking?馃敆

Most agencies do not need daily tracking for monthly client reports. AI answers vary from run to run, so a single daily reading is not much more reliable than a weekly one. Daily data helps when you are testing a specific change and want to see when it lands.

How much should an agency charge for AI visibility monitoring?馃敆

There is no verified industry benchmark we can point to, so set the price from your own costs. Add the tool cost per client, the hours to review and report, and the hours to ship fixes, then add your margin. The tool is usually the smallest of the three.
