Last updated: November 2026
Hall was acquired by Tracksuit in July 2026, and its site now sends new users to a waitlist. If you need an AI visibility tracker today, TrendlyAI ($19/mo), Otterly.AI ($29/mo) and Peec AI ($95/mo) are self-serve. For many engines, LLMrefs. For enterprise depth, Profound or Goodie. We build TrendlyAI, so weigh that.
Key takeaways๐
- Hall's homepage says "Hall is now part of Tracksuit," dated 21 July 2026. Existing users can still log in, and new users are pointed to a waitlist for Tracksuit's AI visibility product, as of November 2026.
-
Before the deal, Hall's pricing page listed Starter and Business plans with "Contact sales" and no public price, with daily data and 500 to 1,000 tracked questions.
-
Tracksuit is a brand tracking company. Press coverage of the deal said AI visibility would begin rolling out to Tracksuit customers in 2026.
-
Self-serve replacements with public prices start at $19 (TrendlyAI), $29 (Otterly.AI) and $79 (LLMrefs) a month.
-
If you also want classic brand tracking (awareness and consideration surveys) next to AI visibility, Tracksuit itself may be the better fit once it ships.
What happened to Hall?๐
Hall, an AI visibility tool from Sydney-based Hall Technologies, is now part of Tracksuit. As of November 2026, the Hall homepage shows a note dated 21 July 2026 that says "Hall is now part of Tracksuit," a "Log in to Hall" link for existing users and a "Join the waitlist" button for Tracksuit's AI visibility product. The old pricing page now returns a "not found" error.
The founders explain the move on that page: "measuring AI visibility on its own tells you very little. A mention score is only meaningful next to what real people think." Tracksuit plans to put what it calls LLM brand health next to the human brand health surveys it already runs.
Tracksuit is a brand tracking platform. iTWire's report on the deal says it is used by over 1,000 consumer brands in 25 markets, including the US, Canada, the UK and Australia, and that "AI visibility will begin rolling out to Tracksuit customers this year" (iTWire, 22 July 2026). Hall's founder, Kai Forsyth, joined Tracksuit to lead AI visibility product work. We could not find a public price for Tracksuit's AI visibility product.
What did Hall offer before the acquisition?๐
Hall tracked how brands and websites show up in AI answers. An archived copy of its pricing page from 17 July 2026 lists four features: generative answer insights, website citation insights, agent analytics (how AI agents and crawlers use your site) and conversational commerce tracking. The site footer linked to monitoring pages for ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, Perplexity, Meta AI and DeepSeek.
| Hall plan (archived, July 2026) | Price | Projects | Tracked questions | Answers analyzed / month | Refresh |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | Contact sales | 20 | 500 | 45,000 | Daily |
| Business | Contact sales | 50 | 1,000 | 120,000 | Daily |
| Enterprise | Contact sales | Custom | Custom | Custom | Not stated |
So a replacement should cover, at minimum, prompt tracking across several engines, citation data and competitor comparison. If you relied on Hall's agent analytics, check for that separately, because many trackers do not offer it.
What should Hall users look for in a replacement?๐
The right replacement depends on which part of Hall you used most.
1. Engines. Hall's footer listed 8 engines. Few low-cost tools match that. Decide which engines your buyers actually use before you pay for breadth.
2. Refresh rate. Hall's paid plans updated daily. Some alternatives scan weekly. Daily data shows more movement; weekly data with fewer samples is cheaper and smooths out day-to-day noise.
3. Agent analytics. Hall showed how AI crawlers and agents used your site. Profound, Goodie and AirOps list agent analytics. Most budget trackers do not.
4. Country and language. Hall was built in Australia, and AI answers change by market. Check that a replacement can run prompts in your market and language.
5. Brand tracking context. If your team cared most about how AI visibility relates to brand awareness, waiting for Tracksuit may be the right call.

Which Hall AI alternatives are worth a look?๐
These are the tools I would shortlist, with our own product first. We build TrendlyAI, so weigh that.
1. TrendlyAI: for single brands and small agencies๐
TrendlyAI shows whether ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Overviews name your brand or its competitors, finds the prompts where a competitor is recommended and you are not, and drafts a fix for each gap: a comparison page, an FAQ page with schema, a Reddit answer, an llms.txt file, a best-of list or a product page rewrite. Every scan can be set to a country and language per brand, so a brand selling in Australia or the UK can track the answers buyers there see.
- Solo, $19/mo ($16 yearly): 1 brand, 25 prompts, 2 competitors, 10 fix drafts a month, white-label PDF reports.
-
Pro, $49/mo ($39 yearly): 3 brands, 25 prompts each, 5 competitors per brand, unlimited fix drafts.
-
Agency, $149/mo ($124 yearly): 10 client brands, extra brands $15/mo up to 40.
There is a 7-day trial with no card, and prices are public. Weak points, stated plainly: only 4 engines against the 8 Hall listed (no Gemini, Copilot, Meta AI, DeepSeek, Grok or AI Mode), weekly scans with 1 sample per prompt against Hall's daily data, no agent analytics, no prompt-volume data, and a young product from a small team with few public reviews.
2. Otterly.AI: for cheap daily tracking๐
Otterly.AI is the closest low-cost match to Hall's daily refresh. As of November 2026, Lite is $29/mo ($25 yearly) for 15 prompts, Standard is $189/mo for 100 and Premium is $489/mo for 400 (Otterly pricing). Base engines are ChatGPT, AI Overviews, Perplexity and Copilot; Claude, AI Mode and Gemini are paid add-ons. It offers unlimited countries and team members. See our Otterly alternative guide.
3. LLMrefs: for the most engines per dollar๐
LLMrefs comes closest to Hall's engine list at a low price. As of October 2026, its $79/mo plan covers 500 keyword-based prompts on many engines, including ChatGPT, AI Overviews, AI Mode, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Grok, Copilot, Meta and DeepSeek (LLMrefs pricing). It updates at least weekly and has a free account and a 7-day trial. More in LLMrefs alternatives.
4. Peec AI: for in-house teams that want daily data๐
Peec AI is a dedicated daily tracker with unlimited users. Plans are $95, $245 and $495 a month for 50, 150 and 350 prompts, as of November 2026 (Peec AI pricing). Each self-serve plan tracks 3 active models chosen from ChatGPT, AI Mode, AI Overviews, Copilot, Gemini and Naver AI; Claude and Perplexity are Enterprise only. See our Peec AI alternative post.
5. Rank Prompt: for agencies that want a client portal๐
Rank Prompt sells credit-based plans from $49/mo ($39 yearly) to $299/mo, plus a free plan, as of November 2026 (Rank Prompt pricing). It lists 7 engines on all plans, including Claude, Gemini and Grok. White-label reports and a client portal start on the $149 Agency plan. See Rank Prompt alternatives.
6. Goodie: for a full platform with agent analytics๐
Goodie covers more of what Hall did, including AI agent analytics and commerce tracking, plus content tools and revenue attribution. Core is $354/mo billed monthly or $295/mo billed yearly, with 110 prompts tracked daily on ChatGPT, AI Overviews, Perplexity, AI Mode and Copilot (Goodie pricing). Claude, Meta AI and DeepSeek are Enterprise only. See Goodie AI alternatives.
7. Profound: for enterprises๐
Profound offers AI visibility tracking, prompt-volume data and agent analytics for large brands. Its pricing page shows a 7-day trial (50 prompts run daily on ChatGPT, Gemini and AI Overviews) and a custom Enterprise plan with up to 9 engines (Profound pricing). Former Hall Business or Enterprise customers who need the same scale should look here. See the best Profound alternative.
8. Tracksuit: if you want to wait๐
Hall's own team is now building AI visibility inside Tracksuit. If your company already uses Tracksuit for brand tracking, or wants AI visibility read next to survey data on awareness and consideration, joining the waitlist linked from usehall.com may make sense. Pricing, engines and launch dates for the AI product were not public when we checked.

Whatever you choose, save your Hall results first if you can still log in, so you can compare old and new numbers. Results will not match exactly, because tools sample engines differently. Our guide to tracking ChatGPT performance over time covers how to keep a clean baseline, and what an AI visibility score means explains why scores differ between tools. For a wider list, see the best AI search visibility tools or the GEO hub.
To see where your brand stands today, the free AI visibility check runs 5 prompts on ChatGPT and Perplexity in about 30 seconds, with no signup.
