Last updated: November 2026
Few AI visibility tools track Claude on their standard plans. As of October 2026, TrendlyAI, Rank Prompt and LLMrefs include Claude, Otterly.AI sells it as an add-on, and Ahrefs Brand Radar lists it as available. Peec AI and Profound list Claude on Enterprise only, and SE Visible marks Claude API tracking as "Soon."
Key takeaways๐
- Claude is often left out of AI visibility tools, or sold as an extra. Check the plan, not the homepage.
-
Tools that include Claude on standard plans as of October 2026: TrendlyAI (every plan), Rank Prompt (every plan, including free) and LLMrefs ($79/mo).
-
Otterly.AI sells Claude as an add-on from $29/mo on Lite. Peec AI and Profound list it on Enterprise. Our Profound vs Peec vs Otterly comparison covers all three side by side.
-
Some vendors track Claude through its API, which may not match what a person sees in the Claude app with web search on. Ask how each tool queries Claude.

We build TrendlyAI, so weigh that. Competitor details come from each vendor's own pricing page.
Why is Claude hard to track?๐
Claude is harder to track than ChatGPT or Perplexity for two reasons: fewer tools support it, and the way a tool asks Claude changes the answer it gets.
Claude answers from two inputs: what it learned in training, and, when it decides to search, the web pages it finds and cites. Anthropic's developer docs say Claude searches for things like "information about specific organizations, people, or products that might have changed," and that "citations are always enabled for web search" (Anthropic docs). So a buying question in the Claude app may trigger a search with cited sources, or it may be answered from memory.
Tracking tools handle this differently. SE Ranking's SE Visible, for example, says in its pricing FAQ that it tracks "Claude Haiku without web search," so you see "how Claude describes your brand from memory, including outdated prices or old products" (SE Visible). Peec AI lists "Claude Sonnet 4 (API)" on Enterprise. Both approaches are valid, but they measure different things. Answers from memory show what Claude learned in training. Answers with search show what it finds on the web today.
Before you buy, ask each vendor three things: which Claude model it queries, whether web search is on, and how often each prompt runs.
What does tracking your brand in Claude mean?๐
Tracking your brand in Claude means running your buyer prompts in Claude on a schedule and recording whether it names your brand, where it places you, and which sources it cites when it searches. The signals are the same as for other engines:
- Mentions: does Claude name your brand when asked "best X for Y"?
-
Position: are you the first option or a footnote?
-
Citations: when Claude searches, which pages does it link to?
-
Accuracy: does Claude describe your product, pricing and audience correctly? Answers from memory can be out of date.
The last one matters more for Claude than for search-first engines like Perplexity. If Claude answers from training data, an old price or a retired product can keep showing up. Our guide on how to get recommended by Claude covers how to fix that.

Semrush is not in the table. Its pricing page lists "Google Search, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini & more" for AI visibility on Starter and Pro+, and does not name Claude for those plans. If Claude matters to you, ask Semrush before you buy.
Which Claude tracker should you pick?๐
TrendlyAI: Claude on every plan, plus fixes๐
We build TrendlyAI, so weigh that. TrendlyAI tracks Claude on every plan, alongside ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. It shows whether Claude names your brand or your competitors on your buyer prompts, flags prompts where a competitor is named and you are not, and drafts fixes: comparison pages, FAQ pages with schema, Reddit answers, llms.txt files, best-of lists and product page rewrites. Later scans detect citations you have won. Plans are Solo $19/mo (1 brand, 25 prompts), Pro $49/mo (3 brands) and Agency $149/mo (10 client brands), with a 7-day free trial and no credit card. How scans are run is documented on the methodology page.
Weak points: weekly scans with 1 sample per prompt, no Gemini, Grok, Copilot or Google AI Mode, no prompt-volume data, a young product with few public reviews, and a small team.
Rank Prompt: Claude by default, free to start๐
Rank Prompt tracks six engines on every plan, and Claude is one of the three that run by default (with ChatGPT and Google AI Mode). One prompt on up to 3 engines costs 1 credit, and on 4 to 6 engines it costs 2. The free plan has 10 credits a month, and Starter is $49/mo for 150 credits. Its pricing page also lists citation tracking. Our Rank Prompt alternatives post covers the credit math.
LLMrefs: Claude in a broad bundle๐
LLMrefs includes Claude in its single $79/mo plan with 500 prompts across 11 platforms, updated at least once a week. You give it keywords and it generates prompts. There is a 7-day free trial with no credit card. See our LLMrefs alternatives guide.
Otterly.AI: daily Claude data as an add-on๐
Otterly.AI does not include Claude by default. The Claude add-on costs $29/mo on Lite, $109/mo on Standard and $439/mo on Premium, on top of the plan price. So daily Claude tracking for 15 prompts is $58/mo, and for 100 prompts it is $298/mo. If you need daily data on Claude specifically, that is still one of the few self-serve options.
Ahrefs Brand Radar: Claude for Ahrefs users๐
Ahrefs' Brand Radar pricing lists "All platforms (Claude available)" and notes that "Claude consumes 8 checks per update," so Claude uses up your check allowance faster than other engines. Custom prompts start at $50/mo, on top of an Ahrefs plan from $129/mo.
SE Visible, Peec AI and Profound: check first๐
SE Visible's pricing table marks "Claude API" as "Soon" on its Agency plan, while its FAQ describes tracking Claude Haiku without web search. Ask SE Ranking which plans include Claude today. Peec AI lists Claude on Enterprise only, as an API model. Profound's Enterprise plan lists Anthropic Claude; its free trial covers ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews only.
How do you check Claude by hand?๐
You can check Claude by hand by asking it your buyer prompts in a new chat each week and logging the answers. For each prompt, note whether you are named, your position, which competitors appear, whether Claude searched the web (it shows sources when it does) and whether its facts about you are current.
Use a new chat each time, so earlier conversations do not shape the answer. Run each prompt twice. This works for 10 prompts, but it is slow beyond that. The same spreadsheet approach from our guide to tracking brand mentions in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google works for Claude too.
How do you improve how Claude talks about your brand?๐
You improve how Claude talks about your brand by making sure it can find and trust current information about you. Allow Anthropic's Claude-User and Claude-SearchBot crawlers. State plainly what you sell, who it is for and what it costs. Fix outdated pages, since Claude can see when a page was last updated. Get listed on the third-party sites Claude cites for your category.
Our full guide on how to get recommended by Claude walks through each step, and the GEO hub collects every guide. To see how AI engines treat your brand right now, run the free AI visibility check. It needs no signup, takes about 30 seconds and runs 5 prompts on ChatGPT and Perplexity. Claude is covered on every paid plan.
Frequently asked questions๐
Which AI visibility tools track Claude?๐
As of October 2026, TrendlyAI, Rank Prompt and LLMrefs include Claude on their standard plans. Otterly.AI offers Claude as a paid add-on, and Ahrefs Brand Radar lists it as available. Peec AI and Profound list Claude on Enterprise only, and SE Visible marks Claude API tracking as "Soon."
What is the cheapest way to track my brand in Claude?๐
Rank Prompt's free plan includes Claude with 10 credits a month, enough for one report. The cheapest paid plan we verified with Claude included is TrendlyAI Solo at $19/mo. Otterly.AI Lite plus its Claude add-on is $58/mo.
Does Semrush track Claude?๐
Semrush's pricing page lists Google Search, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini "& more" for AI visibility on Starter and Pro+, without naming Claude for those plans. Confirm with Semrush before buying if Claude matters to you.
Why does Claude describe my product with old information?๐
Claude answers some questions from training data, which has a cutoff, instead of searching the web. If your pricing or product changed after that, Claude may repeat the old version. Keeping your own pages current and getting covered on sites Claude cites helps when it does search.
Does it matter whether a tool tracks Claude with web search on?๐
Yes. Answers without web search show what Claude learned in training. Answers with web search show what it finds today and which sources it cites. Ask each vendor which mode it uses so you know what the numbers mean.
